Whether you have a full gym or no equipment at all, you’ll receive a custom plan built specifically for your situation, goals, and training background.

TECHNIQUE FEEDBACK & ANALYSIS

Clients can upload training videos to receive detailed feedback on technique, loading parameters, and guidance for future progress.

NUTRITION GUIDANCE

Clients receive customized macro breakdowns, food templates, and individualized nutrition coaching to support their desired results.

DAILY ACCOUNTABILITY

Clients are checked in on six days per week to provide encouragement, review technique videos, and ensure accountability with training adherence.

ACCESS TO FACEBOOK GROUP

You’ll gain access to our private Facebook group of men where we share Scripture readings, group tips, longer-form videos, group challenges, and encouragement. It’s always better to know other men are working toward the same goals you are.

WEEKLY SCRIPTURE READINGS

A weekly Scripture reading is sent out to reinforce that week’s message and provide a biblical foundation for why we train.
